Establish ASPYR as the leader of workforce development in Central Ohio
Improve the organization’s visibility about its role and range of services and partnerships
Expand
Promote our role and extensive network of services and partnerships through all forms of media.
Convene diverse entities to foster collaboration and innovation.
Expand Aspyr outreach and engagement with jobseekers, employers, and partners.
Establish the organization as a leading source of workforce data for the region

Expand capacity to leverage workforce analytics to make decisions.
Promote Aspyr program outcomes
Grow the organization’s strategic leadership, including strong advocacy and convening various sets of entities (e.g., employers, providers, workforce boards)

Convene and support innovative sector partnerships.
Increase participation in thought leadership events, forums, and initiatives.
Advocate that local, state, and federal workforce policy works for employers and talent.
Convene and coordinate workforce development ecosystem, acting as a backbone in service to all jobseekers and employers

Support workforce development network.
Produce and promote data demonstrating impact of workforce development network.
Influence solutions to regional workforce challenges, like transportation, housing, immigration, and childcare

Increase board and staff advocacy initiatives

Bring more resources to workforce development, including influencing government funding opportunities, new funds, private funding, directing funding to workforce providers
